Accompany passenger from the aircraft sleeve up to the terminal exit (through Fattal terminal)
- Meet & Greet by a FLOW agent at the jetway exit.
- Transport to the Fattal Terminal
- Assistance at passport control within the Fattal Terminal
- Picking up the passenger’s baggage at baggage claim, while the client is at the Fattal Terminal
- Bringing the passenger’s baggage to the Fattal Terminal
- Taking the passenger’s baggage through customs at the Fattal Terminal, in line with the passenger’s declaration
- Handing over the passenger’s baggage to the passenger
