Accessibility Statement
Introduction
Q.I.S. Israel Ltd. is committed to promoting accessibility to ensure that people with disabilities and special needs can comfortably access and use the services we offer. We strive to guarantee convenient access for all our customers at service and sales points, on our website, and through our telephone service centers.
Approximately fifteen percent of the population in Israel faces accessibility challenges online, including individuals with visual impairments, hearing impairments, motor disabilities, senior citizens, and others.
To ensure professional and inclusive service for everyone, we have implemented the necessary adjustments on our website, applying accessibility guidelines in accordance with the Israeli Accessibility Standard and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Services), 2013 (Section C: Internet Services).
Our website complies with Accessibility Standard 5568 Level AA, based on WCAG 2.1 guidelines. The site’s accessibility is supported on the following popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 9 and above.
Accessibility Arrangements in the Organization
Our service is provided at the airport and at the customer’s home, not by visiting our offices.
Website Accessibility Adjustments
We have invested significant resources to ensure that our website is easier to use and more accessible for people with disabilities, driven by a strong belief that everyone has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.
We provide an advanced accessibility tool by NagishExpress – Web Accessibility, powered by a dedicated accessibility server. This software enhances the website’s compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
